Well, well, well. What do we have here?
Surprise, Nik! It’s your birthday, but I bet you didn’t see this one coming! Ha! Get it?! SEE it coming?!
… OK, lame, I know. It was… Rad’s idea! Yeah, his, so if you’re mad you can go right after him. It’s not my business how you’d like to whack him up.
Stupid fun aside, I’d just like to take this opportunity to wish Nikkiko, one of Sanity Derailment’s very talented co-authors, a very happy 17th birthday! Isn’t it great to turn the same age as the day of the month of your birth? I won’t get that chance anymore, since on January 4 (does that sound familiar?) I would’ve turned 4.
Speaking of 17 and 4, 17 happens to be:
- Prime. And I love prime numbers.
- The sum of the very first 4 prime numbers. That is, 17 = 2 + 3 + 5 + 7.
- The square of 4 plus 1. That is, 17 = 42 + 1 = 16 + 1.
- Similarly, the 4th root of 2 plus 1. That is, 17 = 24 + 1 = 16 + 1.
I think that’s enough math for today.
Oh, and thanks for the cheesecake you bought me for my birthday.
