APRIL FOOL!!! Gotcha right there and then, huh? 
Seeing that I’ve been screwing things up so much lately, I thought, why not get a kick out of this and brighten things up by making an April Fools’ joke out of it? And so it was. I claimed to have accidentally deleted the entire site’s theme, when in actual fact all I did was activate the default WordPress theme!
Whether you were fooled or not, don’t worry! Nothing has happened, and even if I did lose the theme, I lied: I do have backups! Duh! In fact, I schedule weekly database dumps and stuff like that.
Enjoy the rest of the month of April! 
P.S. Due to some everyday annoyances thanks to some proprietary operating system, this was delayed from 12 am to 3 am. That bites, but never mind.
