Welcome to the first Christianity comic in Sanity Derailment! I know that this blog isn’t read only by Christians, but hey, who doesn’t appreciate a little religious humor? 
Today marks 1 year since I became a Christian, which is an intensely glorious thing for me. It also happens to be Chinese New Year, which I happen to dread. I’m rather Westernized, and although much of the food I eat is local or at least Asian, I don’t care much about Chinese heritage and culture to be honest. (Which also explains why I suck so horribly at Chinese.)
I say, I really thank God that CNY is celebrated only once a year!

But for the 2nd frame of your comic, I’m the kind who reads from left to right, so the comic didn’t really hit me when I read the speech bubble from YOU first.

I had intended for me to say something first then Jesus to respond, but I changed that at the last minute. I thought the heights of the speech bubbles would help out though — guess they didn’t, heh.
