Yes, the Mac mini comic was in fact late by over 27.5 hours. Yes, I slacked and procrastinated to the point of failure to get the new comic up. Yes, I haven’t run Sanity Derailment as I promised. Yes, I had two weeks (Nicole published last Monday) to come up with a new comic.
I’m not going to think of excuses to come up with. Instead, I’ll say it right here that I know I’ve not done a good job, not with the comic itself but with keeping even my own lenient weekly schedule.
If you’re still here, and if you truly enjoyed Monday’s comic (and our previous comics here at Sanity Derailment), I’m really grateful for you, as our reader, for your support for our new, young site. We have five comics as of this writing, so we’re still off to a fairly great start. Our forums have been really quiet and are still awaiting new members, though, so if you’re here and have yet to sign up, what are you waiting for?!
Monday’s comic was definitely epic fail in terms of punctuality, but I promise that such things will not happen again. If I have to bail out for a certain day and I cannot schedule a comic, I will certainly announce it both on Twitter and in our blog, but most of the time I should be able to schedule a comic anyway, even when I get busy once my very first Temasek Polytechnic days begin next month
Thanks for taking a minute or two to read this post. Again, I will make sure that I don’t make the same mistake again. My next comic will arrive on January 26 at 5 pm; you have my word for it because that is a very glorious day for me
